The STIFF Compression support CUFF delivers a huge amount of support for various exercises that require a bending movement in your elbow. Bench press, over-head press, arm curls, etc.
These 4" wide CUFFs also act with compression to help alleviate issues such as tendinitis, which is often associated with heavy training. Where you locate the CUFF on your arm can be very specific to help support and/or alleviate different areas of pain.
Please take time to measure the area of your arm where you plan to wear this item and size it appropriately from our chart.
These STIFF CUFFs are much more extreme than our standard CUFF, so we recommend only dropping down 1 CUFF size to provide ample support and compression.

Sizing
Arm Compression:
We recommend that you measure 1" below the elbow joint or specifically where the pain is.
We recommend measuring as accurately as possible. If the area the cuff is required for measure's 12", we suggest a 12" cuff.
